Air was featured in the Daily Express, not much new was revealed in
this article but it seems they used sw5live.com when writing it, they
quoted many paragraphs and some of John Wardleys' answers to the questions
sw5live put to him in 2001.

Today the usual
'Sun newspaper' 2 for 1 offer begun, featuring in todays Sun was a 4
page pull out. And here we have the 2002 Alton Towers map from it. We
should question why ''Air'' looks like a monorail system and Submission
is missing. :-)
The rest of the
pull out was just black and white photographs of the Rapids, Frog Hopper,
Runaway Train and Nemesis. The have the usual ''Air'' description which
we have read in other publications, but it all mentions a top speed
of 43MPH.

For the third time,
''Air'' has featured in the Funday Times. It includes some photographs
from the official ''Air'' site and some quotes from John Wardley.
"Untill you ride it, you don't know whether it will work.... It
was a great relief when I rode it. I was amazed, it's like nothing I've
ever experienced before. You litterally feel like your're flying."
