A number of other Merlin Entertainments attractions also feature in the nominations, with Thorpe Park Resort picking up two nominations and London Dungeons picking up a nominations for Best Year Round Scare Attraction..
Now in its tenth year, the SCAR awards are held annually by ScareCON in association with ScareTOUR (a site dedicated to providing independent reviews of scare attractions all over the world) and Fear FX. Held at a well-known attraction each year, the 2017 ScareCON event is due to be held at Alton Towers Resort on 23rd June, and will bring together professionals from across the scare industry, including designers, owners, fans and experts.
