Applications were submitted several weeks ago, detailing the new addition to the theme park. The project is now clear to get under way!
Due to the location of Alton Towers, the resort have always had strict planning rules and guidelines they must abide to in order not to spoil the natural beauty of the area, or intrude on the residents of both Alton and Farley villages.
However, after consideration from the local authorities the park have been granted permission to construct the attraction, which is scheduled to open next season.
