After much speculation about the impending arrival of the track for SW6 sometime in September, delivery has finally commenced.
The delivery took place yesterday (Thursday 17th September), arriving in large containers. These are currently being stored in one of the lesser used car parks on site.
It is expected that the construction of the track will commence shortly, once the final touches are made to the groundwork currently taking place. By Scarefest, which is just a few weeks away, we can expect to see at least the lift hill completed, and possibly much more of the layout as well.
It is now also confirmed that the manufacturer is Intamin. Labels identifying the coaster as an Intamin family coaster have been spotted.
