After the success of the 2007 enthusiast Customer Council, Alton Towers have announced their application process for the new Family Feedback Forum. Solely aimed at families who feel they can provide valuable input to the Alton Towers Resort, the park hope to use this information gained to make the park a better place to visit for all ages.
Think your family has something to offer? Then just simply visit the Family Feedback Forum website and fill in the online form to register your application to the park. Those applicants that are successful will meet with five other families at three occasions during 2008, passing on their comments to the resort’s management.
If that isn’t enough, the successful families will also be rewarded with a season pass for the resort, giving them unlimited entry for a whole year! Along with a stay on one of the resort’s on-site hotels. Those chosen will be expected to report back on their stays at the resort, in a hope to improve the resort’s fantastical experience!
