The Aquarium was located in the Ingestre Centre of the park and opened during the 1970s, featuring a large range of tropical fish.

The attraction originally operated in a building next to the Courtyard alongside the Shell Shop. In 1987, however, it moved next door to the 3D Cinema (Cine 360) in order to accommodate the new Skyride.
The Aquarium remained in the park until the end of 1994 when it was replaced first by shops and later the Pirates Quest Arcade.
