As the hype built around SW7 (The Smiler), the favourite events returned to the resort. These included themed weekends at the hotels, as well as Scarefest which featured a brand new attraction related to the 2013 rollercoaster.
Pirate Weekends
Argh… the pirates overran the hotels once again for some high-seas hijinks ahead of the 2012 season at Alton Towers Resort.
Caribbean Beach Party Weekend
Tropical celebrations once again hit the Splash Landings Hotel with an exotic beach party.
February Half Term

Fireworks

The resort once again ended the season with a bang with the return of the Fireworks for another explosive spectacular.

Winter returned to the resort, with the usual packages as Father Christmas took residence once more bringing with him some festive cheer.
