Alton Towers are to return to court upon accusations that they are breaching their noise abatement order, which was placed upon them in October 2005. Local residents Stephen and Suzanne Roper are the ones complaining about the noise from the resort again, years after they succeeded in getting the noise order placed against the Theme Park.
These recent complaints from the couple state that the park are breaching their order through public address systems, the rides and the guests. Many other local residents have not noticed any increase in noise from the Resort.
The case will begin at North Staffordshire Magistrates Court on September 15th
