Here you can enjoy your meal in tropical Caribbean surroundings with brilliant views looking out over the Alton Towers Waterpark. You can also watch your food being flamboyantly prepared just behind the buffet with the freshest ingredients, before being cooked in the wood burning rotisserie ovens.
The restaurant seats up to 300 people and opens for breakfast from 7.30am to 10.00am, as well as lunch (during peak periods) and dinner, with service times varying with the time of season. It is recommended that you make a reservation upon arrival at the hotel, as it can book up quickly.
